As Plexx Electic, we seek to provide supplemental support to residential and commercial projects throughout the Chicagoland area by providing services not limited to renewable energy, new construction and remodeling, and standard electrical maintenance and service.

We are a group of seasoned professionals creating pathways for diversity and inclusion within the electrical construction industry by creating fundamental pathways for interested individuals to find a space to be encouraged and learn the necessary skills to work within the industry. We also seek to provide supplemental support to other construction organizations that seek to adhere to having a diverse group of professionals for every project. By creating pathways for our diverse professionals to network and gain contracts within large partnered construction groups.

As an electrical contract corporation founded to be the pipeline between diverse individuals who plan to develop and work on electrical projects that are slated to build a new and ingenious world. We are grounded on the basis that every individual has an opportunity to create in a way that brings them passion, purpose, and fulfillment while furthering their education and experience within the electrical industry.

Our mission is to provide foundational steps for new and rising electricians.  While also creating pathways for existing electrical groups to create a diverse and equitable team to build better experiences for the world and community surrounding us. We hope to be a resource to our community as an opportunity to influence a new career path, as well as our consumers and industry partners seeking to curate an equitable team to curate a bolder vision of how we experience energy.
